Project Overview
The Downtown Access Project is located along I-515/US-95 from Mojave Road to Rancho Drive. In preparation of compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), NDOT is beginning to prepare environmental and preliminary engineering studies for the project.
Project Elements
Long-term improvements proposed as part of this project include:

Collector-distributor roads to/from I-15 and US 95

Add one general purpose lane and one HOV lane in each direction

HOV interchange at City Parkway (in Alternative 5 only)

Revise interchanges at Eastern Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard to facilitate traffic flow on local streets

Improve bike/pedestrian mobility in the area with complete streets (Learn more)
