Environmental
As part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), NDOT studies potential impacts to the environment. Click on each box below to learn more.
The final environmental reports will be available in the Draft EIS, which is tentatively scheduled for May 2024. The DEIS will be available for public review and comment, and it will identify a preferred agency alternative. A public hearing will be held in conjunction with the public review of the DEIS. The final environmental studies will be available on our Environmental page.
All information presented is preliminary and subject to change. Design plans are only at 10%.
