Potential Property Acquisition
Based on 10% design plans, NDOT has evaluated potential property impacts in each alternative. The impacts may change as the design plans are further developed. NDOT will not be able to determine the exact property impacts until a preferred alternative is selected and approved and the design has progressed to 60%, which is projected to occur in 2026.
