Design Alternatives: No Build

The No Build Alternative makes no changes to the existing transportation system. This eliminates the cost of new construction and purchasing new property associated with the South, North, and Recessed Alternatives, but it does nothing to alleviate existing problems. Bridges and highways will require more extensive and expensive repairs and will need to be replaced or remedied sometime soon.
