Potential Property Acquisition
Based on 10% design plans, NDOT has evaluated potential property impacts in each alternative. The impacts may change as the design plans are further developed. Until a preferred alternative is cleared and approved, estimated to be spring/summer 2023, it is not possible to identify specific parcels that will be needed.
